ZASPY EMS is a powerful cloud-based Equipment Management System created specifically for companies looking for an online system to manage both Service Calls and contract-based scheduled equipment maintenance of any kind.
Our EMS portal is fully configurable to your business requirements. You can create a list of the equipment you are going to perform maintenance and the specific tasks the technician needs to do based on each equipment type. When the system auto-generates the tickets based on their maintenance schedule, the tickets not only display the list of equipment to be maintained on a specific location but will also display the tasks that need to be done on each equipment during the maintenance visit. All the activity in the field can be remotely monitored through a Dashboard displaying both the amount and percentage of all pending and completed tickets on the system. Tickets can be assigned to zones or routes based on zip codes, also the system allows to assign technicians to specific routes.
The system can print barcodes for locations and equipment used to punch in and out timestamps data when services are performed.
